Feedback
Crimes Explained shows the official text of criminal laws, color-coded, with each crime broken into its elements. The summaries, crime breakdowns, section captions where the law has none, and highlighting were prepared with AI assistance, so they can contain mistakes. Corrections are very welcome, especially from lawyers, law librarians, and students.
How it works
- Each button opens a new issue on this project's public page on GitHub, with a short template filled in. You need a free GitHub account to submit it.
- Every section page has its own Report an error on this section link at the bottom that fills in the section for you.
- Issues are public. Please don't include personal information or details of a real case.
What helps most
- Which section and which part is wrong: the highlighted act, a penalty, a required mental state, or a link that goes to the wrong place.
- What the official text says instead, or a link to the official source.
