Whoever wilfully and or breaks glass in a building which is not his own, or whoever wilfully and breaks down, injures, mars or defaces a fence belonging to or enclosing land which is not his own, or wilfully and throws down or opens a gate, bars or fence, and leaves the same down or open, or and injuriously severs from the freehold of another any produce thereof or anything attached thereto, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months or by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars.

Simplified explanation

Wilfully and maliciously (or wantonly) breaking glass in another's building, damaging fences or gates, or severing produce from another's land is punishable by up to six months or a $500 fine.
