Sale or offer for sale of master keys; penalty

Whoever sells or offers to sell or solicits offers to purchase a master key designed to fit more than one motor vehicle knowing, or , that said key will be used for an illegal purpose shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
